      <title>Best Buy, Worst Experience</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;They might be the cheapest but my experience with them was the worst.&amp;nbsp; All we wanted was an iPod and a little shelf stereo system with an iPod Dock.&amp;nbsp; While Best Buy had the stereo system we wanted, neither of the two sales people helping us could figure out how to play the music.&amp;nbsp; Went to Future Shop where we had fantastic service but just coudn&amp;#39;t come up with the same great product....so the Future SHop guy said to go buy it online from Best Buy... which we did.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ahhh wait.&amp;nbsp; The product came but part of the shipment was missing.&amp;nbsp; After endless amounts of time working through the prompts on the Best Buy customer service line and one disconnect i talked to a nice fellow.&amp;nbsp; Who told me that i had to wait 7 days before they could initiate a trace on my lost package.&amp;nbsp; That is their policy.&amp;nbsp; Canada Post will allow the trace right away but it must come from the sender... not me, the receiver.&amp;nbsp; DOH!&amp;nbsp; So frustrating....&amp;nbsp; Besty Buy might be cheaper but they are NOT the better option... at least not in my experience.&amp;nbsp; Burned by Best Buy.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
